IntelliKran® integrates edge computing, a built-in web server, crane safety logic, and cloud connectivity into a single DIN-rail mounted device — eliminating the need for separate gateway hardware or external servers.

Dual-Core Edge Processing

Xtensa Dual Core 32-bit LX-6 microprocessor running at up to 240 MHz. Edge and web processing run on separate cores for enhanced safety and isolation.

Built-In Web Server

Access real-time variables, data points, charts, and graphs directly from a browser — no additional software needed. Secured with Admin and User access levels.

Crane Safety & Control

Load measurement and overload protection, slack rope and sidepull detection, anti-collision systems, no-go zoning, and ISO 12482 DWP/SWP calculations.

Industrial Safety Features

Hardware and software watchdog timers, E-stop via interrupt for critical response, start interlock mechanism, and protected inputs and outputs.

Productivity & Data Logging

Logs work cycles, average and total load lifted, fault history by shift, energy meter readings, and spare parts life cycles. Exportable analytics dashboards.

Versatile Connectivity
